ISSUE EXPERIENCED

Sending the 1 Flatland Castle does not increase Bombard damage(Anti-Ship damage isn’t increased at all) when you research the final Castle upgrade. It is not clear if it’s just the Ranged damage (bullet-based) that is supposed to increase - which does work - or if all damage is supposed to be increased. The description states just “damage” but underneath it says “Ranged damage”. Which is correct? Sending this card and then upgrading effectively cancels out the damage increase.
