1 HP units don't have a health bar in the UI

ISSUE EXPERIENCED

If a unit drops at one HP, its health bar disappear on the UI, like this:

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Let a unit take enough damage for it to be left with only one HP.
2. Select it and look at the UI.
