This bug has been mentioned a couple of times before but one post was not formatted according to the bug report form and the other is old.
When you have an unfinished dock selected in a group with other finished docks the second page buttons will only work once. After that it will revert to the first page. So if you want to build fire ships and click twice you will queue 1 fire ship and 1 transport ship. This also happens with the default hotkeys.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Select a dock and an unfinished dock foundation
- navigate to the second page
- Select something on the second page
- watch as it switches immediately to the first page
EXPECTED RESULT
What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
It should remain on the second page and allow you to continue queueing.
