ISSUE EXPERIENCED
4 Settlers Shipment from Ottoman consulate doesnt allow 103 vills if called before 99 vils, previously it would allow to call 4 settlers shipment in earlier age like age 2 and still u can have 103 vill/settlers. but after 5208 u can only have 99 vills if you called the 4 settlers card early, usually the case in supremacy TEAM games
Here is the problem I’m experiencing…
Cant make 103 vills if 4 settlers called early

- 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

List the DETAILED STEPS we can take to reproduce the issue… Be descriptive!
Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- age up to age 2
- call 4 settler shipment with ottoman ally
- keep making vills till you reach 99 vills, then try making more.
EXPECTED RESULT
Should be able to make 99 vills apart from 4 settlers got from otto consulate
ACTUAL RESULT
Total Vill count stopped at 99, (i.e.: 95vills+4 settlers)
