4K graphics no longer sharp after latest patch - look like upscaled from 720P/1080P

After the latest patch (101.101.58259.0.0), the graphics look like they are 720P/1080P upscaled to 4K.

4K is no longer sharp, no longer clean. This isn’t just the fonts being blurry, the entire game is blurry.

I’m running on 4K with UHD texture pack and sharping is at 100%.

As you can see here in the forums and on reddit, this update destroyed more than fixed, usually same always, but this time it destroyed a lot of more than ever before.
