Issue: A building being timeshifted cannot be attacked.

As soon as a Kronos player starts timeshifting, the building becomes invincible.

Trigger Event:

As soon as a Kronos player starts timeshifting, the building becomes invincible.

Repro Steps:

  1. Play Kronos.
  2. Timeshift a building being attacked.
  3. You can see that the building becomes invincible.
