First of all, don’t try to educate me about my own people, I am well aware of their history. Second of all, don’t get me, or worse, the community started on balancing/reworking them. Bengalis are already a balancing nightmare as they are.
At this point, there really is no good reason why devs can’t switch Persian civ’s architecture to CEA. It’s literally their architecture.

Don’t get your hopes up, this is Cysion saying it’s campaign-only. He probably uses some nonsense definition of “campaign” that somehow includes multiplayer.
