Since all three Feudal ship types (Galleys, Fire Galleys, Demolition Rafts) are affected, why War Galley (the technology) doesn’t have a generic name and icon? Something collective, like “NAVY REFORMS” idk.

Historical reasons. Originally, there weren’t any fire galleys or demolition rafts. Instead, you had galleys in Feudal (which you could upgrade in castle age) and demotion ships and fire ships (which became available in castle age). Then, for whatever reason, when they added the two feudal ships (fire galleys and demo rafts) they decided to have a single tech for all 3 instead of adding 2 new techs. At least, I think that’s how it happened.
Basically, the tech is older than fire galleys and demo rafts, and the name was unchanged when those were added.
Yes, the name & icon should have been updated I believe.
