Account Support

I’ve wanted to play online AoE recently after a long break and can’t remember my password. It says that a recovery email has been sent, however none have been recieved. As we all know the old AoE support email addresses no longer work, so I am at a loss of how to recover my account. Have any of you run into the same issue, and Is there anything I can do about this? I have my Product Key and ID, Pretty sure i know which email I signed up with; is there any help that can be offered with this information?
