Add hotkey option to select all fishing ships

^ add hotkey to select all fishing ship class please

while at it also add to select all vills

the above are missing, where as select all trade cart is there regardless if cart is idle or not. so please add thanks

I really want a “Select All Lumber/Mining Camps/Mills”, just so you don’t have to move the screen to research the techs.
