After my Aachen Chapel was destroyed I couldn't re-garrison a prelate

I had a similar issue, but I had a prelate die while inside the chapel and I couldn’t garrison afterwards.

From the title. I was unable to garrison a prelate in my chapel after one died while already in the chapel It disabled the garrison option while trying to move the prelate into the chapel. Reddit post with video (Might get removed):
