The game causes my laptop to crash, everything freezes but I can still talk in Discord, sometimes I can see the mouse cursor moving and when that happens I press the power button, the screen closes and when I wake it up again everything it’s OK. This happens with only AoE2. I formatted my Laptop and still I have the same problem. I don’t think my computer is the problem because I play and stream AoE4 with no problem and not on the lowest graphics.
My Laptop specs are 1660ti GTX, 16GB RAM, i5-9300H 9th gen.
When I play I usually have open Discord, Spotify and 3-4 Brave browser tabs (usually 1 is for Facebook, 1 for YouTube and 1 for Twitch).
