Hey there Age fans! We've got another update out for you all! Please make sure you update the game to version 1.3.13903 before you play again. The update fixed an issue that could result in the game hanging when typing into the chat window.

For Age fans who are currently having issues downloading and installing the latest update from the Microsoft Store app, the community team has posted an update on social media stating they are aware of a publishing issue and will announce once it has been resolved.

With the latest update to build 14215 for AoE:DE which was released today the publishing issue with the Microsoft Store has been resolved.

Will this be playable on xbox in a real sense. Not just with a windows connection?

Hi @JAXSPEEDY09, At this time there have been no official announcements for Age of Empires: Definitive Edition on Xbox One. The community team has said many times during the weekly stream that the dev team feels strongly that the home for Age of Empires: Definitive Edition is on PC.
