Hi, I’m new to the RTS genre and i fell in love with Age, do you know any tips on optimizing Age Of Empires 3 DE for CPU Bottlenecked scenarios? Thank you.
(I’m Using an AMD X4 950 clocked at 3.8 Ghz, basically the worst, I get about 40hish FPS with max settings and every component other than the CPU being underused, (Around 60-70% instead of the constant 100 of the CPU)
What’s your GPU and load %? More likely than not, the GPU is your limiting factor. There are some known optimization issues with the game as well, which will hopefully be resolved to improve performance.
Hi, I have a gtx 1050 ti OC (200+ on Core and Mem), it’s having this unconsistent frame rate at any settings, it may also be the Ram tho, its close to 100% too, tho the CPU is constantly at 100%
