Ai Deletes their TC's at Game Start

Issue:

At the start of the game, in my custom scenario, the Ai delete their town centers. But, when the game starts in “Fully Explored” mode, they don’t delete them… This occurs on a map with no triggers. It also only occurs when there are teams

Reproduction Steps:

1 Players with 7 Ai on a ludicrous sized map.
Place the Ai on teams

Edited original post. After testing, the multiple TC’s did not play a factor.

I found a workaround. Placing mills at all the forage bushes near the TC’s stopped the TC deletion/relocation.
