On unknown maps, the AI does not utilize special building wagons. They could use common ones like trade post or livestock wagons, but at least not the following:

Athos monastery wagon. This has been reported before AI doesn't use Athos Monastery Wagon
Battery tower wagon

I’ll continue to update the list with more testing.
