AI doesn't train Sannāhya

Game Version: #158041

Did multiple tests in Skirmish matchup with difficulty ranging from Moderate to Extreme, resources ranging from standard to infinite but the Puru AI doesn’t ever train a single Sannāhya unit in game.

Also Icon of the unit doesn’t match with unit’s appearance. Design on the saddle cloth is missing.

Since I play primarily Skirmish against AI, Puru has never made any Sannāhya, and only spams Pattiyodha Longbowmen with the generic units
