AI placing building on top of your planned building

Hi

recently I planned to build a castle somewhere on the map, when my villager reached the place the “planned castle” was gone because the ai placed another building there. How is this possible? Do you get the resources returned? The villager dit not start yet building it.

As long as it isnt build, everyone can build another building at the same spot. So this is what happened in your game. You will get the resources back. If you dont get them back, you can make a bug report for this issue.
