AI villagers stand still and do nothing

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start a 8 player skirmish.
  2. Use cheat “it is known” to disable fog of war.
  3. Around the 15 minute mark, at least 2 of the AI players will have most of their villagers standing idle and doing nothing.

Yeah, in this patch specifically, AI is so bad that it’s unreal. I’ve made several games in the past few days where AI wouldn’t even attack me past 20 min marks, embarassing
