The Akan Fontomfrom does not effect infantry train time of the chinese. This is likely due to the banner armies havving a different tag (or not responding to infantry tag) for train time. The territorial army takes the same time (approx 29 secs) to train before and after tech is researched Where the expected results is that the train time is reduced 20% for territorial/old han army. (maybe -10% for ming, standard and imperial army)
