Alexander scenario 4 legitimacy bugs

In the fourth Alexander campaign, I found these issues:

  • Repairing the monastery at the top of the map (between green and orange) gave no legitimacy
  • Failing the assasination tech says it is -10 legitimacy but it is actually -12
  • There is a gray tower we can destroy at the bottom of an island, which does nothing.

I expected repairing the monastery to give legitimacy, and the loss of legitimacy from the failed assasination to match the text. I also expected interacting with the gray tower to do something.
