All home city levels and decks reset

Upon loading the game after installing new update all home city levels are level 1, all decks are reset and all customizations locked.

Every time I load the game.

All profile pics now locked as well.

did you check if you are playing with your main account?

It’s my only account and it had lot’s of profile pics, and many high level home cities and custom decks and now everything is reset like it’s back to a new game. I still have access to all dlc and ranked and everything remains the same.

It doesn’t really matter I guess just a bit annoying having to redo all my hotkeys and decks and lost event explorer skins.
