In Conq 1v1 they already only had 3 matchups against which they less than 50% winratio.
Against every other civ they either win or they even DEMOLISH them consistently.
One of the 3 civs received a nerf this patch.
So possibly they will now demolish 13 of the 15 civs.

The Istanbul Observatory Buff was already questionable and pulled Ottoman Imperial Age to another level of strength while the civ is already VERY strong in feudal and castle age.
Even in 1v1 ottoman bombards are a big problem in lategame, now springalds and culvs got their damage reduced and ottoman got an eco buff.
On top of that the bombard buffs of the past were a big mistake and should be reverted.
Please hotfix this is the ladder is soon filled up with ottomans in mid/high elo.
While Juicy legacy, Horse Darc and Ayyubid have received very justified (good work there!) nerfs, Ottomen should also have nerfed.
They and Mongols will become even more oppressive now in 1v1 high ranked matches…

This is the game environment in the future. Before you know the opponent’s civ,you have to come up with a way to fight against Ottoman. It’s too difficult to defeat. Ah, I have to explain for a joke.

When they nerfed the anti siege units they should have at least gave GB a nerf as well.
This is pretty much a buff to both age 3 and age 4 ottomans.
Making janissaries bonus damage vs Calvary from like 16 to 10 would still make them counter cavalry and ottoman would still have positive winrate. But at least cavalry would now not he completely obsolete against them…
Another option would be to add weapon toggle on janissaries (like for desert raiders) in range mode they would have NO bonus damage against cavalry, in melee mode they would have very good cavalry damage bonus. If they do that they could even remove the weird 50% bonus jani receive from range. And it would make the unit more fun, and gameplay more consistent (cavalry is supposed to counter range)
Great bombard need less hp. I think it’s better than reverting the attack buff.
Bro that buff was given becuase everyone was building the other landmark,trade landmark was so unnecessary thats why it didnt changed too much thing in my opinion.
