An Error when signing up in the Forums

I wanted to sign up in the Forums using my Steam account, it wanted my email address and then nothing happened. So I thought the sign up was complete. When I tried to log in again, an error message appeared telling me that the software of the forums is experiencing issues.

Weirdly enough, I can log in to the age of empires website using the steam account but not the forums.

This issue didn’t happen when I tried with Xbox Live account (The one I am using right now).

I just want to know how to fix this so that I can delete the account I made with Steam so that I don’t have 2 Forum accounts but I can’t even log in to it.

I deleted the steam account. I’m not sure why it failed when you were trying to set it up. It should normally display an error during signup if there’s a problem. If you try again, be sure you get to the point where it says it’s sent you an email for verification.
