I won’t explain any further. It’s just another instance of the Chinese plague that haunts this game. 50/50 hackers all the time. Chat didn’t work which is also always proof.
Ban him. Magically sees 20 villagers on unscouted locations. He hides it well, but he cheats. Has an occasional peep on my base as well. Not my greatest game as I was testing Delhi but he cheats nonetheless.
