They lack the last armor, and obviously the Paladin upgrade. Does anyone still prefer making them in any circumstance?
I need some sort of a meat shield, but the thing is: if you want to destroy Trebuchets and Bombards, they are frail and can fall easily, and infantry is still too slow.
Even bad Knights are useful for a season. Armenian Knights are effective in the Castle Age, they just are not an Imperial Age investment. Well, that is unless you have your enemy already on the ropes.
I bother with Goths Knights which have the exact same upgrades, Knights and Xbows don’t need full upgrades to be useful unlike say Miltiia
Japanese also lacks the final barding armor but they can be still fine. At least the knight-line is still very viable in Castle age. Even Vikings players do knight rush in castle age on occasion.
By the way, we may buff militia line speed to 1.
