Anyone else still getting the OOS for Ransoming?

Some people are saying it’s fixed and I’m not sure if they actually tried it out.

I happened to try Ports and sent the second Explorer card.

Finally had to ransom for the first time around 20 minutes into the game - and got OOS as a direct result. Not sure if it’s situational/isolated.

I was playing as Russia earlier and I tried to ransom my explorer back and it did not work, at all.

They should have just disabled ransoming explorers until the bug gets fixed.

The explorer ransom bug still works, redemptions the explorer and do oos.
