Hi, my AOE IV was working perfectly in Windows 10. Today I made a format and installed Windows 11, and now when I am trying to launch the game it stays in IV loading screen trying to synchronize data. It doesn’t load and it simply stays there. Anyone can help please?
Hey @IthacaEagle—sorry you’re experiencing this. I’m not sure what might be going on here, but first try a reinstall of Age IV and then make sure all drivers are up to date. If it still isn’t working after that, please contact support with your DxDiag and warnings.log file so the team can take a look. Thanks!
