AoE IV will crash with using Sougou IME in tutorial

Sougou is one of the most popular Mandarin IMEs in China, and reach up to 535 million users last year. Here is their official website. https://pinyin.sogou.com/

When I am in a tutorial game and using Sougou IME (or forgot to switch to any other IME), game will crash if I press any hotkey.

But it will not happen when I am in a “Art of War” game.
