Approx revenue of Retold

Hi,
How accurate do you think these numbers are:

And if they are right, Do you think it’s good or bad?

If the post you present is to be believed, it ahieved 3.5x of dev expectation. So, I say it’s good. I am not happy with update speed though. For example, Many minor gods are clearly outclassed any seldom picked in almost all cases. Older mythic units like Battle Boar has atrocious price in favor and god. If you compare it with new DLC units like Taotie and Baihu, it’s just fnny how bad it is. This game does have a community cup for pvp, but the viewers are often 3k and less. Arena of Gods also needs major updates for new chapters.

some more news about AoM financial status.

Oh wow, if that’s true then it’s really great news for AOM. It’s probably because AOM is much more fun to play and attracts a really casual audience who prefer to play the campaigns or the AI. The Celestial challenge looks very popular too.

I really think we can expect a lot of DLC after the next premium pack, they’re not going to stop there.

Those are just the Steam numbers.
AoMR was the first game in the series to be released on Xbox simultaneously, AoE2 and AoE4 were only ported over later.
Also AoMR was the first game in the franchise to be released on PS5.

So AoM’s Steam numbers are a bit misleading (and I figured as much, since I thought it had a large percentage of Xbox players).

Do either of those links have sources?

I only found the source for one of them:
