Arcadian Meadow?

What advantage is there to a localised ceasefire? The only advantage I’m thinking of could be to press an attack without having to divert resources to defend another area. Or if the cost and timer were much more discounted compared to ceasefire?

An odd choice of GP, but sounds interesting and fits Pan well.

It depends on how exactly the interaction happens.

Can you attack from the outer zone into the inner zone but not vice versa? Because then i can use it as a fall back

Can you attack from the inner zone to the outer zone but not vice versa? Then i protect my siege/ ranged units while i still attack you

Can the units in the inner zone neither attack nor be attacked at all?

Now i can build a fortress/ tc/towers without being intereupted.

Theres other uses and posibilities. It depends on how exactly the GP interacts.

I also Wonder how the interaction between it a things like fei beast would be.

if it is what i understand then its a more balanced ceasefire. i like that idea but on the other hand it would be odd that greek - and also in the classical age - have a very similar GP. personally not a fan of that - IF i understand it correctly. rules Hermes definitely out for Demeter but still… idk. but yeah it fits Pan.
i personally am more excited for the other two new GPs.

According to the description, ALL units and buildings cannot attack in meadows. That is, attacks from outside are possible. This ability must be wider than the swamp for it to work properly.

Why? i don’t think so that its wider than swamp otherwise how should most unit be able to attack the ones inside? I still think its a better and more balanced ceasefire but this AND ceasefire feels still too much of the “same”.

It depends on the goals. If this ability is meant to be defensive, it should be as broad as possible; if it’s meant to be offensive, it can be made narrower.
