Are Support tickets to be submitted only here? Or Steam is a valid reporting tool too?

Hi Folks,

I know there is a thread in this forum to report bugs. But I read Steam Discussions too & most of them go unattended. Are the users supposed to report issues, bugs, complaints & suggestions only here?

Please advise, so I can communicate that to the community & they don’t feel “ignored”, when that’s not the intention.

I believe that the only platform the devs check for bug-reports is here:

I don’t think anything posted on the steam forums is checked, unless it gets re-posted here.
