Arena map script leaves holes

I’ve done 100 Random Map generations of 1v1 Arena in scenario editor.

Generation with seed 1512833422 has a hole. Making it again with Seed Map made the same hole.

Generation with seed 792536688 has a hole. Making it again with Seed Map made the same hole.

About 35% of the time a 3rd gate will spawn into a 0 or 1 tile gap that is closed off, some examples follow
