If you build your first armenian fortified church, garrison 8 or more vills and ungarrison those vills, the Church won’t shoot arrows anymore despite a relic still being inside. The relic inside the monastery has to be ungarrisoned and re garrisoned so that the church shoots arrows again.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Build a fortified church (with Georgians or Armenians)
  2. Garrison 1 relic (skip for armenians)
  3. Garrison 8 vills or more
  4. Ungarrison the vills
  5. The amount of arrows shot will go to 0

The fortified church should still shoot 1 arrow because a relic is still garrisoned.
