Cmon fix it already! please!
How is this fix taking so long?
We even got the confirmation that its a known bug 9(!) months ago.

And its only the Armenians and the Georgians, the Romans are working perfeclty fine.
And for more information: In the session you unlock these icons, you can use them. But the game does not save it, when you restart the game.
I really cant see the reason this bug is taking so long to fix. They are “working on it” 1 year ago

Yeah, it’s past the “ridiculous” point already. A year and a half have passed and still nothing? That’s borderline incompetence.
These icons get reset after every aoe2 launch, so if indeed a QA tester tried to reproduce it, managed to unlock the icons by save/loading a skirmish, and said “oh, welp, it works, let’s move on”, without checking again after restarting their game, is indeed an incompetent testing/bug reproducing in my brutally honest opinion.
Just fix it, pretty please…it’s so simple.

THEY FINALLY FIXED IT. I haven’t tested it yet but it’s in today’s patch notes

They indeed fixed it! Beautiful. Small step forward, but hopefully more of them will come. Now, they really have to fix the campaign missions (Tamar 4, Barbarossa 5) and move 3 kingdoms to chronicles, and pump out new AOE2 content (campaigns for existing civs + slowly add new civs) and we will be satisfied.
We can really just hope now…
