Armor Clad tech tooltip is out of date

The tootlip (both in game and in the tech tree) of the Armor Clad tech does not mention that it affects Wynguard Footmen even though it does and always did.

Same story for Longbowmen upgrades and Wynguard Rangers (e.g Arrow Volley tech and the setup camp which will be removed soon)

I’m 96.583% certain this one should not affect Footmen. I’ll get this to the team so we can investigate intent here. Thanks @ProtossAMove!
