Issue:
Atlantean AI titan is not working propery because it has lots of idle villagers starting the game. This wasn’t happening a couple of days ago. It’s a new issue.
Trigger Event:
Nothing. Just play vs atlanteans.
Repro Steps:
Open the game, play skirmish vs. atlanteans.
