Attack of carbine was changed to 19 mentioned in Nov. patch note ( * Carbine Cavalry: ROF slowed down to 2.5 (from 2.25) and damage increased to 19 (from 18.5)), but it still get 18 atk in the newest patch, please fix it.

1. train a carbine
2. check its age2 stat
