Very nice patch! Lots of AI fixes!

Since the devs are working on the AI - I wanted to point that currently AI villagers will go only to the TC when attacked. But to save their lives, they should probably go to the nearest structure available to them, whether its a fort, or a secondary TC.

For example, the Portugal AI doesn’t send its villagers to the nearest TC when attacked, they will walk to their first TC if they don’t die first.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Play against AI
  2. Attack their villagers
  3. They walk all the way to their first TC.

Villagers should garrison at the nearest safe location. Including outposts, forts, war huts, palaces etc.

This savegame is one instance where the Portuguese settlers completely ignore their secondary TC to garrison in - even though its the safest option.
