Audio is fine but Graphics Freeze

Intel i5-7600T, Integrated HD630 graphics, 16 GB RAM

Issue:

My game graphics appear to be either heavily stuttering or delayed. The audio seems fine though! It played fine at launch but at some point this started happening :confused:

This happens in the menu and in game.

Maybe updating graphics card drivers will help

I tried updating! But if anything the problem became worse @_@

Maybe enabling v-sync under graphics options would help
