Issue:
I was hoping this might be fixed with the most recent patch, but alas. Every time I boot the game with my wired headset as the audio output for this game, the game sounds muffled, to the point I can barely hear anything even with all the audio set to 100%. This issue doesn’t occur when I use my computer speakers, or when I connect my bluetooth ear buds, so this seems to only effect wired headsets?? My wife also experiences the issue on her rig, and it’s been a real bummer since the music and call-outs are half the charm for us.
Trigger Event:
Any time I boot up the game while my wired headset is set as the audio device.
Repro Steps:
Seemingly, all I’ve needed to replicate the issue is to boot the game with a wired headset set as the primary audio device. This is happening on both my wife and I’s computers (same game build, same OS, etc)
