Auto Limber mode should be removed from the game, let the player decide when to limber or bombard

Artilliery auto Limber mode outside of LOS range, intended? If so, it should not work like that unless its a large distance covered, e.g to the other side of the map. Also when a unit has died, artillery that has not shot, will move to the location of the dead unit. This should not happen either. (Twitch)

I tested how the auto limber mode works in a skirmish here: Twitch and the problems with it. Here is an example of how the auto limber mode screws with player control Twitch and can totally ruin a game.

This makes artillery micro very hard in treaty especially.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Click Bombard artillery out of LOS range, artillery will auto limber mode.
