Autocast skill toggle ignored on friendly healing skills

Issue:

Automatons ignore the autocast setting of Robotic Repair and perform it anyways - the same can be said of other units with “healing” type abilities such as egyptian priests.

Trigger Event:

none needed

Repro Steps:

  1. Spawn a few automatons and damage them
  2. Notice that the “Robotic Repair” skill is not set to autocast
  3. Automatons will begin repairing themselves regardless

Same can be said about any “healing” units - they will begin to heal independent of the toggle setting of autocast (e.g. egyptian priests/valkyrie/caladria/pharaoh).
