Aztec sacrificed can still be bug abused

Issue: Aztec sacrifice mechanic is still abusable

People can sacrifice 1 villager and get more than 1 vill’s worth of favor

Repro Steps: Try sacrificing the vill, then garrison it, then out, then click again

It can be also done with a second temple, by alternating clicks between them

Hopefully this gets fixed asap.

Most common method I have observed is placing the temple next to a tower and using garrison to cancel the sacrifice animation to gain multiple instances of favor. Needs fix asap.
