Aztecs = kongolese , missing Incas Civ, everythings jumbled up

Here is the problem I’m experiencing…

Here’s how to reproduce the issue:

  1. An update occured and now anytime I start game I have my civs mixed up or something - main concern aztecs are missing

I was selected as Kongolese but showed up as aztecs on my friends computer. Also photo of the civs I can see- no aztecs or incas

Do you use mods? My first thought is that there is something wrong with a mod. Deactivate all mods and restart the game.
