Italian revolt into Brazilian - the card Bahia(Rev) do not increase Church limit by 2 as description.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Revolt from Italian into Brazilian
  2. Send Bahia

:arrow_forward: EXPECTED RESULT

The result should be one the following:
a. Basilica limit increased by 2 as it is the equivalent Church of the base civ Italian
b. Church limit increased by 2 so that Church is enable for Brazilian(Italian) to build, to a limit of 2 as description.
