Balance issue, Cannons Versus Warships Are Too Strong

A suggestion.

We had 3 team members all going in on attacking the Boulder Bay island with the sacred site. The opponent built a wonder in the corner.

We all had warships that would be sniped by cannons before even maneuvering into a firing position.

There is no water springald equivalent when attacking these cannons on land. You can’t even approach the island, so then what do you do? We lost over 50 warships to this.

Something needs to change here.

Fake an attack and then hit somewhere else where the cannons are not positioned. They are slow, especially looking at the clutter they need to move around on that island. Fake em out, and even if they do see it, it’ll take too long to respond and you can get damage off.
