They meant spawn 2 vills when built (like Tatar bonus) not when going imp

Thatās what I meant, the bonus is clear:
- At feudal you receive 2 extra villagers.
- At castle age the same, also the new town centers spawn villagers.
- In Imperial the same.
Point 2 is the preposition to buff them but its not already the case right?
Only after reaching next age, not upon construction.
Anyway, Bengalis donāt need another eco bonus. More military bonus to allow better option and/or defensive bonus to reach into their full potential post imp combo.
