The in-game tech tree uses the old description of Ballistas (unique technology to the Romans)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Go to the tech trees in-game and go to Romans

:point_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?

  1. Tech tree should say that Ballistas make scorpions attack 33% faster and Galleys + 2 attack, or something along that line.

Hi @BASEDTeuton

Could you tell me which version of the game you are playing? because in the last version (118476), the tech tree for ballistic is updated: Ballistas (Scorpions fire 33% faster, Gallery-line + 2 attack).

The version of the game is stated in the main menu under the “Exit”

Could you confirm you have the same version (118476)?

In case you have the same version, could you try to verify your files in the Steam Library? Age of Empires II → Right button → Properties → Installed files.

Also, be sure to have any UI mod disable (they can affect the information visible in-game)

It was caused by a u.i mod. It is now correctly displayed after disabling all my mods.
