Several updates ago, the Bapheus scenario stopped allowing me or anyone else from training anything at the dock other than fishing ships, trade cogs, and transports. I’ve been waiting for them to fix it, but it’s been several updates since and it’s still there.
During this time I’ve gotten a new laptop and have naturally re-downloaded it onto that one, and it’s still there.
So I went online to see if anyone else is having this problem and I’ve found absolutely no one talking about it so I can only assume this level-breaking glitch is somehow exclusive to me.
Any advice on how to fix it?
I think the mission is mainly a land mission, so that might be the reason for it. I am pretty sure you dont “need” water units to win the mission.

Except the mission is still giving me naval unit upgrades if I ally with the green team so evidently they weren’t really THINKING when they decided to get rid of warships
